My rates are tiered based on type of work and location:
Onsite Computer Consulting:
$125 / hour (discounted daily rate)
Offsite Computer Consulting:
$110 / hour (discounted project rate)
Offsite Graphic & Web Design:
$95 / hour (discounted project rate)
Contract Maintenance Programs:
Onsite and offsite recurring maintenance contracts are discounted from standard rates based on total contract hours.
Late & Emergency Rate:
10% is added to onsite emergency work and late night work started after 8:00PM.
Payment Options:
For short term projects I accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover). Clients are generally invoiced otherwise.

Budget constraints, business growth, changing needs, and new technologies expound upon these complexities, necessitating ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting and planning. In providing these services techpros does not accept responsibility for service interruptions, lost data, employee downtime, nor security breaches. TechPros will provide all contracted maintenance, support and planning necessary to limit these business risks where possible. In no event will techpros be held liable for any damages, or for repairs or corrections that must be performed, to or on your computer systems or servers including, without limitation, direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with the services provided or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure.
